“Let’s go to the Central Bark Bakery” panted Doggy. I pointed out that it was raining, and besides, we have some doggy treats from the supermarket. He wouldn’t take no for an answer, picked up his leash and pawed at the front door.

“Got to get some of those home-baked dog biscuits” woofed Doggy. “Didn’t you see the video on the Central Bark Bakery blog?”.

I sighed and struggled into my raincoat. “These talking dogs…” I muttered, shaking my head.
